Why do I have to register as a member? By registering, you enjoy:

Why do I have to provide my contact number? It is important to have your contact number in the event that we need to contact you with matters pertaining to your orders. We assure you will not receive irritating spam phone calls or SMSes from us.

Do you have a retail store in Singapore? We do not have a retail store for the simplest reason; we can save on rental and pass on the savings to our customers. Hence, our prices are much lower than in retail stores!

What payment methods do you accept? We accept payment by Internet Banking/ATM funds transfer as well as Paypal. Please kindly email us after payment with your reference number so that we may process your order.

How much do you charge for delivery in Singapore? We charge S$1 for normal postage, although this is not encouraged. Registered mail and courier delivery are also available at S$3.50 and S$5 respectively. Just to show our appreciation for our wonderful customers, we provide FREE courier delivery if your purchase is above S$100 (within Singapore only).

How long does it take to deliver my order? We will only process an order after payment has been received. Orders are typically dispatched latest by the next working day, and sometimes even on the same day. Orders sent by mail within Singapore usually takes 2 working days to arrive.

11. What are the delivery and cut-off timings for courier delivery option? For delivery on the same afternoon (3pm-5.30pm), we need to receive your payment by 9.30am. For the delivery on the next morning (10am - 1pm), we need to receive your payment by 2.30pm.

What if I forgot my password? Visit the Password Retrieval page and enter the email address you provided during registration. Your password will be sent to your mailbox almost instantly. For security purposes, make sure your password is memorable for you but difficult for others to guess and change your password periodically.

How do I change my password? Upon login, you will be directed to Your Account page. Under Your Profile, visit the Change Password page. For verification, enter your current password. Afterwhich, enter your new password and confirm it in the last box. Click the "update" button.

Why doesn't my password work? There are several possibilities for this.
  • Is your CAPS LOCK turned on? Passwords are case sensitive, which means "HELLO" and "hELLo" and "hello" are not the same.
  • Is your email correct? Make sure you specify the correct email or login ID when signing into your account.
  • Clear your browser's cache. The cache is the memory your browser uses to store content of the web pages that you visit. Storing that content lets your browser load those same pages more quickly the next time you visit them.
If all else doesn't work, send us an email and we'll attend to you personally.

I've placed an order but I've forgotten how much I should pay. What should I do? No worries. You'd have received a confirmation mail upon successfully checking. If you don't see it in your mailbox, it's probably classified as SPAM MAIL by your email service provider. Check your JUNK or SPAM mailbox and kindly UNJUNK or UNSPAM us. You'd have been provided with a REFERENCE number. There are 2 methods of checking your orders:
  • Login with your email and password and upon login, you will be directed to YOUR ACCOUNT page. Click on VIEW ORDERS and your orders are listed in descending order.
  • Or, you can simply email us at contactus@wardrobefix.com. We simply love hearing from you!
