Shopping at WARDROBEfix.com is easy! Please read through the following guidelines on order, payment and delivery.

ORDERING
1. REGISTER AN ACCOUNT
  • Register for an account by clicking here.
  • Ensure all compulsary fields are filled in accurately to ensure proper delivery of your purchase
  • Provide a valid email and choose a password (of at least 6 characters)
  • Upon successful registration, login with your email and password and you're set to go!

 
2. ADD ITEMS TO SHOPPING CART
  • Click on the ADD TO SHOPPING CART icon to add the item to your shopping cart.
  • Upon adding an item to cart, you'll be redirected to the shopping cart page.
  • Review the items and set the desired quantity for each item.
  • To continue shopping, click on the CONTINUE SHOPPING icon.
  • To proceed with payment, click on the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT icon.
3. CHECKOUT
  • The first step of CHECKOUT requires you to verify the delivery information and select the desired mode of payment and delivery.
  • Ensure all compulsary fields are filled in accurately to ensure proper delivery of your purchase
  • To proceed, click on CONTINUE icon
  • The second step of CHECKOUT allows you to review the items to be purchased. To make amendments to the items, go back to the shopping cart page and make the necessary changes.
  • Click on CONTINUE and your order is completed! A confirmation email will be sent to you. Please ensure payment is made within 24 HOURS.

Payment must be made within 24 HOURS to secure your order(s). We hold all rights to remove you from WARDROBEfix and cancel any transaction if payments are not received within the stipulated period.

To ensure items are sent out in the shortest time and to prevent any possible dispute that may arise, it is important for customers who are making payment via INTER-BANK transfer to notify us via email after payment has been made.
